Project Overview
For Murtaza Liakatali Pardan, the objective was clear – develop five G+1 townhouses that would stand up not only as homes, but as commercially viable assets for Dubai’s sale and rental market. Khair Al Amal was appointed to deliver the project on a turnkey basis at Al Furjan, Jebel Ali, with the design refined through multiple stages to respond to both the client’s requirements and the expectations of the local residential market.
Finishes, materials and interior details were reviewed closely with the client, with each major decision discussed and approved before execution. Managing those choices across five units required constant coordination between design, civil, structural, MEP and finishing teams, while maintaining consistency across the development.
By keeping design decisions and site execution closely aligned, we were able to accommodate changes without slowing the overall programme. All five townhouses were completed and handed over within 12 months, ready to enter the market as a cohesive residential development.
