Project Overview
For Sterling Perfumes, the challenge wasn’t merely adding new infrastructure, but expanding production capacity without disrupting an already operational facility. At their Dubai Industrial Park warehouse, Khair Al Amal was appointed to construct a new water tank, pump room and LPG tank, with each element coordinated closely around the technical requirements of the respective tank suppliers.
Working within a live warehouse meant every intervention had to account for the existing structure, services and ongoing operations. The project also involved construction within the available setback area, where shoring works were implemented to support the excavation and execution of the new infrastructure safely.
By coordinating supplier requirements, structural works and site activity as one integrated programme, we were able to complete the expansion without interrupting existing operations. The new infrastructure was delivered within six months, supporting Sterling Perfumes’ additional production requirements.
