Project Overview
Most villas are built to a plan. This one was built to a person. Mohammed Irfan commissioned the villa at Al Furjan, Dubai, for his own personal use, and he wanted every part of it to reflect his lifestyle and his personal taste. We were entrusted with the complete delivery of the residence, covering civil and structural works, electromechanical systems and interior fit-out from foundation through to final finish.
As the client’s vision evolved, so did the project. Interior layouts and finishes were continually refined around his furniture requirements, with bespoke details including decorative mouldings, GRC ceiling cornices and customised paintwork. Through close coordination and responsive execution, every change was incorporated without compromising progress, allowing us to hand over the completed villa within 10 months.
