Project Overview
Sea One Ships & Boats Trading needed more than a building, they needed a complete operational base where commercial, storage and technical functions work as one facility. We are delivering exactly that on a prime waterfront plot at Dubai Maritime City, with a G+2 office building integrated with warehouse and workshop facilities.
The project combines three distinct building typologies in a single coordinated programme, leveraging commercial-grade office construction alongside heavy-use industrial space, on one of Dubai’s most logistically demanding waterfront sites.
