Project Overview
The best measure of a first project is whether the client comes back for a second. Scanpaper FZ LLC did. Their next facility was a storage warehouse with an integrated office space at IMPZ, Dubai, and this time they handed us the entire job as a turnkey project. That meant one team was accountable for everything – the building construction, the MEP and electromechanical works across both warehouse and office, and the office fit-out, right through to handover.
More importantly, we built it during COVID, when every site in Dubai was working under a new set of rules. Every safety precaution and every COVID regulation laid down by the Dubai authorities stayed in place on site for the duration of the build, and none of it came at the cost of the programme. Nine months after we started, Scanpaper had a finished, fully serviced facility, handed over on time, just as it had been the first time around.
