Role Overview
Prepare accurate, commercially sound estimates for building, fit-out and MEP opportunities. You will work with tendering, procurement and delivery teams to turn drawings and specifications into a clear project cost plan.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, BOQs and specifications for scope and risk
- Produce quantity take-offs, rate build-ups and tender clarifications
- Coordinate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Support value engineering and handover to the project team
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 4+ years of UAE contracting or estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of local rates, suppliers and tender processes
- Clear written communication and advanced Excel skills
